Associate Pastor of Discipleship and Evangelism

The Associate Pastor of Discipleship’s chief responsibility is to lead the congregation to fulfill the Great Commission found in Matthew 28:19–20. A distinctive priority of this role is to engage and prepare members and attendees of Eastminster for personalized reproducible ministry as disciple–makers. The Associate Pastor must feel a calling and exhibit the gifting for encouraging and equipping people to enjoy the fullness of knowing, loving, and becoming like Jesus.

Contemporary Worship Leader

Eastminster is looking for a Contemporary worship leader. This person needs to have experience working with pastors to lead a worship service, be a skilled musician and singer who is able to lead a team of volunteer musicians, select music and provide spiritual leadership.
